We would like to point out that OLIVER WEBER products are made of high quality materials and undergo very thorough quality control. Materials used are nickel free and do not cause other allergies.
When cleaning, please do not use toothpaste as it contains abrasive particles (which can cause rhodium plating or 18 carat gold loss).
Thus, occasionally cleaning with a soft cloth will help maintain the quality of the jewelry and the shine of the Swarovski crystals / Swarovski zircons.
Our products must be kept out of direct contact with water, perfumes, cosmetics, cleansers or heavy objects…. Because they can accelerate the wear of rhodium plating or 18 carat gold and cause the crystals to fall out. We do not recommend engraving on our products as this will accelerate the wear of rhodium / 18 carat gold.
When green corrosion occurs around or below the crystals, it means that the jewelry is in contact with liquids: water, perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, cleansers, etc. As a result, the customer has directly violated the enclosed Estonian User / Maintenance Manual.
